Three integrated 650V MOSFETs control three separate LED strings sequentially as input voltage rises — maximising LED utilisation, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptionally long product life.
Its minimal external component requirement makes it a natural fit for Driver-on-Board (DoB) applications, where the driver circuit sits directly on the same PCB as the LEDs — enabling ultra-compact bulb and spotlight designs.
