The BP5336HC is a high-voltage Multi-Segment Linear Constant Current LED Driver IC from Bright Power Semiconductor (BPSemi) — engineered to drive LED strings directly from AC mains (110V or 220V) with no transformers, magnetic components, or electrolytic capacitors. Three integrated 650V MOSFETs control three separate LED strings sequentially as input voltage rises — maximising LED utilisation, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptionally long product life. Its minimal external component requirement makes it a natural fit for Driver-on-Board (DoB) applications, where the driver circuit sits directly on the same PCB as the LEDs — enabling ultra-compact bulb and spotlight designs.
