S4525S CCT Controller with Dual 400V Thyristors

The S4525S from BPSemi is a highly integrated CCT controller designed for color temperature tuning in LED lighting. It features two built-in 400V thyristors and a high-voltage JFET power supply, eliminating the need for a VCC capacitor and startup resistor. This reduces system cost and size while ensuring stable ON-OFF detection and consistent performance across multiple modules.

- Three-state loop: L1 → L2 → (L1+L2)/2

- No VCC capacitor or startup resistor required

- Integrates two 400V thyristors

- Built-in clock timing reset for excellent consistency

- Built-in voltage limiting circuit for wide output power range

- Compatible with Flyback, Buck, Buck-Boost, and high PF switching power supply applications

- SOP8 package
